GIGABYTE B450 AORUS ELITE V2 is a powerful ATX motherboard equipped with the AMD B450 chipset, designed for a wide range of 1st-, 2nd-, 3rd- and 5th-generation AMD Ryzen™ processors with the AM4 socket. The board supports up to 128 GB of dual-channel DDR4 memory at frequencies up to 3600 MHz when overclocked (OC), providing high performance for demanding applications and games.
For expansion, the board offers two PCIe 3.0 x16 slots supporting AMD Quad-GPU and 2-Way CrossFire technologies for multiple graphics cards, as well as four PCIe 2.0 x1 slots for additional expansion cards. Storage options include two M.2 slots for high-speed NVMe SSDs, one of which is equipped with a thermal guard for efficient heat dissipation, and six SATA III ports with RAID 0, 1 and 10 support.
The rear panel includes four USB 3.1 Gen1 Type-A ports and four USB 2.0 ports. HDMI and DVI-D outputs are available for connecting monitors and support multiple displays (require a processor with integrated graphics). Network connectivity is provided by a Realtek GbE Gigabit LAN port with bandwidth management, while the audio system features high-quality audio capacitors and noise protection with LED lighting.
The board also supports RGB FUSION 2.0, allowing lighting customization using addressable LEDs and RGB LED strips. The integrated I/O shield improves durability and simplifies installation. Smart Fan 5 provides six temperature sensors and four hybrid fan headers with fan-stop functionality for efficient system cooling.
