We are HelloCZ s.r.o., with its registered office at Zenklova 486/8, Libeň, 180 00 Prague, Company ID No. 10846131. We operate the online store at www.hellocomp.cz.
In order to provide our goods-selling services and operate our website, we process certain personal data.
The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”), and by Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on Personal Data Processing.
I. Processing of Personal Data
A. Processing of Personal Data When Using the Contact Form
If you enquire about our products or services, we will process the contact details you provide to us, primarily through the enquiry form. These include your first name, surname, telephone number and email address.
For what purpose?
We use these details to contact you and make further arrangements concerning the goods and services.
What is the legal basis?
The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
How long will we process the personal data?
If no further cooperation is established, we will process your data for no longer than 10 years after our last communication.
B. Processing of Personal Data in Connection with a Purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will process the information you provide. This primarily includes billing information: first name, surname, address, telephone number and email address.
For what purpose?
We need to process your personal data in order to perform our contract, including delivering our goods or services to you. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you about the status of your order, any claims or complaints, and your enquiries.
We will also process personal data to comply with our statutory obligations, particularly for accounting and tax purposes and, where applicable, to handle claims and other matters.
What is the legal basis for processing the personal data?
The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of a contract - and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR - compliance with our legal obligations.
How long will we process the personal data?
For the duration of the provision of our services and subsequently for 10 years after the last such service was provided or the goods were delivered.
C. Newsletters (Commercial Communications)
If you are a purchasing customer and did not opt out at the time of purchase, we will use your email address to send you our newsletters.
What is the legal basis?
This is permitted by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, provided that you did not opt out at the time of purchase.
How long will we process the personal data?
For 10 years after your last purchase. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us at info@hellocomp.cz.
D. Heureka - Customer Verified
In accordance with applicable legislation, the following wording has been prepared for inclusion in the terms and conditions: “We determine your satisfaction with your purchase through email questionnaires sent as part of the Customer Verified programme in which our online store participates. We send these questionnaires after every purchase unless, pursuant to Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, you opt out of receiving them. We process personal data for the purpose of sending questionnaires under the Customer Verified programme on the basis of our legitimate interest in determining your satisfaction with your purchase from us. For the distribution of questionnaires, the evaluation of your feedback and analyses of our market position, we use the operator of the Heureka.cz portal as a processor. For these purposes, we may provide it with information about the goods purchased and your email address. When email questionnaires are sent, your personal data is not transferred to any third party for that third party's own purposes. You may object to receiving questionnaires under the Customer Verified programme at any time by using the link in the questionnaire email to refuse further questionnaires. II. Who Has Access to the Data?
Your data will remain with us. However, certain companies and other persons working for us may have access to the data because they assist us with the operation of our online store. These include:
- the operator of the Shoptet e-commerce platform (Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00 Prague 6, Company ID No. 289 35 675, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File 25 395);
- the company processing our accounting and taxes (CZSpeed.NET s.r.o.);
- companies involved in the dispatch of goods (Zásilkovna, PPL and Shoptet);
- companies involved in payment processing (Shoptet, Zásilkovna, PPL and Essox);
- our email service provider (Google);
- marketing service providers (Google, Seznam, Meta and MannTraffic);
- external contractors (self-employed persons) who assist us with operating the online store, dispatch, customer support or system administration and who have access to customers' personal data; we have entered into data processing agreements pursuant to Article 28 GDPR with all such contractors.
Your personal data may also be made available to the following additional entity:

We process personal data only within the European Union.

Our company has appointed a Data Protection Officer.
Our company does not make decisions based on automated processing or profiling.
