AMD Ryzen 7 8700G is a powerful Ryzen 8000G series desktop processor that combines an 8-core Zen 4 architecture with powerful integrated AMD Radeon 780M graphics and a dedicated Ryzen AI unit. It is suitable for versatile and compact systems that can deliver high CPU and graphics performance without requiring a dedicated graphics card.
The processor offers 8 physical cores and 16 threads, a base frequency of 4.2GHz and a maximum Boost frequency of up to 5.1GHz. 8MB L2 and 16MB L3 cache are available. The default TDP is 65W, and configurable TDP can be set from 45 to 65W.
A major advantage of the Ryzen 7 8700G is its integrated AMD Radeon 780M graphics with 12 graphics cores and a frequency of up to 2900MHz. It supports DirectX 12, DisplayPort 2.1, HDMI 2.1, AMD FreeSync and hardware acceleration for modern video formats including AV1.
