ASUS ROG STRIX B850-F GAMING WIFI is a high-performance ATX motherboard designed for modern gaming and workstation builds with AMD Ryzen processors on the AM5 socket.
The AMD B850 chipset supports AMD Ryzen 9000, 8000 and 7000 series processors, giving the motherboard broad compatibility with the current AM5 platform.
Four DDR5 slots accommodate up to 256GB of system memory. The motherboard supports speeds of up to 8000+ MT/s when overclocked, as well as AMD EXPO and ASUS AEMP profiles for easier memory performance tuning.
The primary PCIe 5.0 x16 graphics slot with Q-Release Slim and SafeSlot technology is ready for high-performance graphics cards and modern gaming builds.
Storage can be installed in four M.2 slots, two of which support PCIe 5.0 x4 with Ryzen 7000 and 9000 processors. Two SATA 6Gb/s ports are also available for additional drives.
Networking includes Intel 2.5Gb Ethernet with ASUS LANGuard and Wi-Fi 7 wireless connectivity supporting the 2.4 / 5 / 6 GHz bands. Bluetooth 5.4 is also included for wireless accessories.
Rear connectivity provides a total of 12 USB ports, including USB-C 20Gbps, USB-C 10Gbps, additional USB-A ports, HDMI, DisplayPort, optical S/PDIF output, BIOS FlashBack and Clear CMOS buttons.
ROG SupremeFX audio with the ALC4080 codec, Savitech SV3H712 AMP, premium audio capacitors and optical S/PDIF output is designed for high-quality gaming and multimedia sound.
The motherboard also includes practical ASUS Q-Design features such as M.2 Q-Latch, M.2 Q-Release, M.2 Q-Slide, PCIe Slot Q-Release Slim, Q-Antenna, Q-LED diagnostics and a pre-installed I/O shield.
