The be quiet! Pure Base 501 DX Black is a compact Midi-Tower PC case focused on high airflow, modern aesthetics and generous hardware compatibility for powerful gaming and workstation builds. The high-airflow front panel and top cover promote efficient ventilation, while the tempered glass side panel provides a clear view of the installed components.
The case comes equipped with three 140mm Pure Wings 3 PWM fans – one at the front, one at the top and one at the rear. The fans operate at up to 1200 RPM and feature airflow-optimised blades. Up to six fans can be installed in total.
The DX version features ARGB lighting on the front and inside the case. An integrated ARGB controller provides lighting control and supports synchronisation with a compatible motherboard, combining distinctive illumination with the clean design of the Pure Base series.
Despite its compact dimensions, the Pure Base 501 DX accommodates graphics cards up to 368 mm long and CPU coolers up to 178 mm high. Radiators up to 360 mm can be installed at the front, up to 240 mm at the top and up to 140 mm at the rear. The PCIe slots can also be rotated by 90° for vertical graphics card installation using an optional riser cable.
The front I/O provides two USB Type-A ports, a high-speed USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port and a combined audio connector. Storage support includes up to two 3.5" and five 2.5" drives, while the space-optimised cable routing system helps keep the interior clean and organised.
