ASUS ROG CROSSHAIR 2006 is a premium motherboard from the legendary Republic of Gamers series, created as a tribute to the very first ROG motherboard. It combines retro design elements with the latest technologies for gaming enthusiasts, overclockers and professional workstations.
The motherboard uses the AMD X870E and supports AMD Ryzen 7000, 8000 and 9000 Series processors with the AM5. A robust 20+2+2 power delivery ensures stable operation even under extreme load and overclocking.
Available are DDR5 slots supporting high frequencies and ASUS AEMP and NitroPath DRAM technologies. For graphics cards and NVMe SSDs, the motherboard offers PCIe 5.0 interfaces. Storage includes 5× M.2 slots with massive cooling, two of which support PCIe 5.0.
Network connectivity includes Realtek 10Gb Ethernet, Realtek 5Gb Ethernet and integrated Wi-Fi 7 with Bluetooth. Features also include USB4, USB-C connectivity, an OLED display for the M.2 slot and advanced ROG features for easier system building and tuning.
