The Sapphire NITRO+ Radeon RX 7900 XTX Vapor-X 24GB is a high-performance graphics card based on the AMD RDNA 3 architecture. It features 6,144 stream processors, 96 Compute Units with RT and AI accelerators and 96 MB of Infinity Cache. In OC mode, the GPU reaches a Game Clock of up to 2510 MHz and a Boost Clock of up to 2680 MHz, making it particularly suitable for high-resolution gaming including 4K.
The card is equipped with 24 GB of GDDR6 memory operating at an effective 20 Gbps across a wide 384-bit memory interface. It connects to the motherboard through PCI Express 4.0 x16. RDNA 3 supports technologies including AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution, Radeon Super Resolution, AMD FreeSync, DirectX 12 Ultimate and Microsoft DirectStorage.
The Vapor-X cooling system combines a vapor chamber, optimized composite heatpipes and three dual-ball-bearing fans. The construction also includes a metal backplate, die-cast aluminum-magnesium alloy frame and dedicated cooling for the VRM and memory. Dual BIOS is complemented by software BIOS switching through Sapphire TriXX and dual ARGB light bars.
Display connectivity includes 2× HDMI and 2× DisplayPort 2.1, supporting resolutions up to 7680×4320 px and up to four displays simultaneously. Total board power is rated at 420 W, with power supplied through three 8-pin PCIe connectors. Sapphire specifies a minimum 800 W system power supply.
