Phanteks AMP GH V2 Black 1200W is a powerful fully modular power supply designed for modern gaming and workstation builds with power-hungry components. It complies with ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 specifications and offers 1200W output together with 80 PLUS Platinum certification.
A native 16-pin 12V-2x6 connector capable of delivering up to 600W through a single cable is provided for modern graphics cards. Four PCIe 6+2-pin connectors and two CPU 4+4-pin connectors are also available. The strong +12V rail delivers up to 100A and the full 1200W.
Cooling is provided by a 120mm fan with a Hydraulic Dynamic Bearing. Hybrid Fanless mode allows the fan to stop completely at loads below approximately 30%, ensuring quiet operation under low load. Fully modular cabling with individually textured wires simplifies cable routing and helps maintain a clean-looking build.
Despite its high output, the power supply has a compact design with a length of just 140mm, making installation easier even in cases with limited space for the power supply. Integrated protections include OPP, OVP, UVP, SCP, OCP, and OTP.
