MSI B450-A PRO MAX is a powerful ATX motherboard designed for 1st-, 2nd- and 3rd-generation AMD Ryzen™ processors with the AM4 socket. Thanks to support for up to 128 GB of DDR4 memory at frequencies up to 4133 MHz (OC), it provides high performance for demanding applications and games.
The board offers one PCIe 3.0 x16 slot for graphics cards, one PCIe 2.0 x16 slot and four PCIe 2.0 x1 slots for additional expansion. For storage, one M.2 slot (PCIe 3.0 x4 / SATA) and six SATA III ports with RAID 0, 1 and 10 support are available.
The rear panel includes two USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A ports, two USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A ports and two USB 2.0 ports. HDMI, DVI-D and VGA outputs are available for connecting monitors (requires a processor with integrated graphics). Network connectivity is provided by Realtek® 8111H Gigabit LAN and the audio system is equipped with the Realtek® ALC892/ALC897 codec for 7.1-channel HD audio.
