Intel Core Ultra 5 250KF Plus is a powerful Intel Core Ultra Series 2 desktop processor designed for modern gaming and high-performance PC systems. It uses the Arrow Lake architecture and LGA1851 socket and offers a total of 18 physical cores divided into 6 high-performance P-Cores and 12 efficient E-Cores.
The processor operates with 18 threads and reaches a maximum Turbo frequency of up to 5.3GHz. The high-performance P-Cores run at a base frequency of 4.2GHz, while the E-Cores have a base frequency of 3.3GHz. 30MB Intel Smart Cache and 30MB L2 cache are available.
The unlocked multiplier enables further performance tuning and overclocking on compatible motherboards. The processor supports modern DDR5 memory in Dual Channel mode and provides direct support for PCIe 5.0 and PCIe 4.0 with up to 24 PCIe lanes in total.
