The Saturn 4 Ultra printer is equipped with a 10-inch 12K mono LCD display and Tilt Release Technology, ensuring an extremely fast and precise 3D printing process. Thanks to state-of-the-art sensors and an automatic leveling system, operating the printer is easier and safer even for less experienced users.

Faster printing thanks to Tilt Release

Thanks to Tilt Release technology, the Saturn 4 Ultra enables very fast separation of the printed model from the film at the bottom of the resin tank, reducing printing time with speeds of up to 150 mm/h. You can seamlessly switch between high-speed and standard printing modes and set the speed according to your needs.

Unmatched precision with a 10" screen

The Saturn 4 Ultra is equipped with a top-tier 12K mono LCD with resolution up to 11520 x 5120 pixels, resulting in outstanding precision. With XY resolution of 19 x 24 μm, the printer can reproduce even the most complex details with impressive accuracy. The 9H-hardness screen also provides scratch protection, ensuring long-term reliable device use.

Smooth surface and printing precision

The Saturn 4 Ultra uses a state-of-the-art COB light source combined with a collimating Fresnel lens, enabling uniform illumination with an astigmatism coefficient of only 0.5%. This technology achieves 92% light-field uniformity and precise control of the light angle, resulting in exceptionally smooth print surfaces and accurate reproduction of fine details.

The printer offers complete convenience thanks to automatic leveling and an intelligent mechanical sensor. Simply unpack and connect the device, and the printer levels the build plate automatically. Full artificial intelligence support
