ASUS ROG STRIX 1000W Platinum White Edition 80 PLUS Platinum

Product detailed description

The ASUS ROG STRIX 1000W Platinum White Edition is a premium power supply designed for high-performance gaming PCs and professional workstations that demand stable power delivery, excellent efficiency and a refined white appearance. With a total output of 1000 W, 80 PLUS Platinum certification and compliance with the ATX 3.1 standard, it provides a reliable foundation for modern, power-hungry components. Advanced GaN MOSFET power transistors help improve energy efficiency and reduce heat losses. The power supply features a native 16-pin 12V-2x6 connector capable of delivering up to 600 W to compatible graphics cards, making it suitable for demanding systems equipped with next-generation GPUs.

A key feature is GPU-FIRST intelligent voltage stabilization, which uses dedicated voltage sensing to improve the accuracy and stability of power delivery to the graphics card during rapid load changes. High-quality internal components, active power factor correction and a powerful +12 V rail rated at up to 83.3 A support dependable operation even under sustained workloads. Comprehensive protection circuitry safeguards against overpower, overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuits, overcurrent and overheating. The fully modular cable system allows builders to connect only the cables they need, simplifying cable management, improving airflow and maintaining a clean appearance in premium white PC builds.

Efficient and quiet cooling is provided by a 135 mm fan with dual-ball bearings, supported by substantial ROG heatsinks and a selectable 0dB operating mode. When 0dB mode is enabled, the fan remains stopped at low loads and starts spinning only when the required operating threshold is reached. The Cybenetics A+ noise certification reflects the power supply's exceptionally quiet operation. Connectivity includes two CPU/EPS connectors, four PCIe 6+2-pin connectors, six SATA connectors, three peripheral Molex connectors and the dedicated 12V-2x6 connection. Measuring 160 × 150 × 86 mm, the unit fits a wide range of standard ATX cases and combines reliable power delivery, efficient cooling and an elegant white finish.
